Trevor is the company director and has been involved in multisport for 10 years. After having problems ensuring that a multisport shop would be present at all the events that his other company organises he gave up and decided it would be easier to do it himself.  This led to 3-to-tri being developed.

Emma (Min) ensures Trevor dosn't forget that he is running a business and asks why he really wants to have products in the shop.   Min has been involved in multisports and running for over 7 years.  She brings a wealth of buisness knowledge and working alongside Trevor is overseeing the development of the company.
